The following Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MathFine Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This document outlines the regulations and limitations that you must adhere to when using MathFine' offerings (hereafter referred to as "MathFine"). By engaging with MathFine in any capacity, you are consenting to these Terms, which will remain applicable throughout your usage of MathFine. This includes all the provisions in this document, as well as those contained within the Privacy Policy.

You affirm that you are of the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement, or if not, you have been granted permission by your parent or guardian to utilize MathFine, and they have accepted these Terms on your behalf.

Usage Policy

Ownership of your creations is yours. Any original material you contribute to MathFine via posting, uploading, sharing, storing, or providing in any other form is your property and is safeguarded by copyright and pertinent intellectual property legislation. We hold the authority to delete any material from MathFine at our discretion and without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to allegations of your content breaching these Terms.

Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances will MathFine, its licensors, or suppliers be accountable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages exceeding the greater of (1) $50 or (2) the total payments made by you to us in connection with MathFine during the twelve-month period prior to the claim.

Account Termination

MathFine reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to MathFine, or your account, for any reason at our discretion. We will endeavor to notify you in advance of terminating your account to allow you to secure any significant content uploaded, but we may refrain from doing so if it is deemed impractical, illegal, not in the interest of safety or security, or potentially harmful to the rights or property of MathFine.
